No - all of our units are non-climate controlled
What are your contractor garage units?
These contractor garage units are much larger units with square footages of ~400 SF - 1,200 SF. They have higher ceiling heights (12 ft- 14 ft) and varying build outs with some having small office areas and some having private restrooms. All have a shared restroom. Certain uses are restricted. Call for more information on one of our larger units
